Before we start working together and commence our house hunt, the very first thing you need to do is get a handle on your finances. Take a look at your savings, check your credit score, and get pre-approved for a mortgage. This way, we'll know exactly how much house you can afford, and we'll be in a strong position to make an offer when you find that perfect place.

Know What You Want (and Need)
Dreaming of a big backyard or maybe a cozy condo in the city? You are going to make me a list of your must-haves and nice-to-haves. Consider things like location, number of bedrooms, and any specific features or amenities you're looking for such as garage or parking spaces. This will help me narrow down your options and focus on homes that truly match your needs.

Start House Hunting
Now comes the fun part – the house hunting! We will start browsing listings online, attend viewings together, and working closely to get you into the homes you need to see. FYI: The homes we visit will fit your criteria- n wasting times on seeing anything that doesn't make sense for you and your family.

Make an Offer & Close the Deal
Found the one? Time to make an offer! I will help you with the paperwork and negotiations. Don't be afraid to ask questions and be clear about what you're comfortable with. Once your offer is accepted, it's time for the final steps. This includes getting a home inspection, finalizing your mortgage, and handling any remaining paperwork. On closing day, you'll sign the final documents, get the keys, and officially become a homeowner. Oh, and I am here to help every step of the way!
